For US TikTok Shop sellers using FBT: we compare what you sent, what the warehouse received and what came back, and file a reimbursement claim for every gap before the 60-day window closes. You pay only on money recovered.

A skincare brand in Austin sends 2,000 units a month to two FBT warehouses. Its team had no time to compare inbound receipts with its packing lists. In the first month we found 46 units short-received, 19 lost in storage and 23 refunded returns that never arrived, filed the cases with the evidence, and tracked each one until TikTok Shop paid.
See the offerWhen you use Fulfilled by TikTok, your stock sits in TikTok Shop warehouses and moves through inbound receiving, storage, picking and returns. At each step some units go missing or get damaged, and TikTok Shop reimburses many of them only when the seller files a case with evidence.
Claims have a time limit, often around 60 days from the event, so a gap you notice next quarter may no longer be recoverable. Answers to common questions are in the questions section, and you can start at the bottom of the page.
FBT Recover does one narrow job: it finds the units you are owed for and files the reimbursement claims.
We compare the quantities on your inbound shipments with what each warehouse reports as received, and open a case for every short-received unit.
We follow the inventory reports for units marked lost or damaged in storage and check that each one was reimbursed at the right value.
We match customer refunds with returns that actually reached the warehouse, and file a case where the buyer was refunded but the item never came back or came back damaged.
Each case is filed through Seller Center with the documents it needs — packing lists, proof of shipment, invoices for the unit value — and followed until it is paid or closed.
You see one list of open, paid and rejected cases, with the amount recovered and the fee for each.
The fee is a share of the money actually recovered. If nothing is paid, you pay nothing.
It is meant for brands and resellers that send stock to FBT warehouses in the US and do not have someone checking every shipment and return.
Work starts from read-only access to your Seller Center reports and the shipping documents you already keep, and the claims are filed with your written authorization.
Rejected cases are reviewed once more: if the evidence was missing, we add it and file again while the window is still open.
Reimbursements are checked against the value they should have been paid at. If a lost unit was reimbursed below its cost, we raise the difference with the invoice that shows the real value.
Every month we start again from the newest reports, so new gaps are caught while they are still inside the window, not months later.
